Is there any way to keep the rotation angle within boundaries

Is there a way to keep the rotation angle of an object within boundaries without using a static object?

I tried to use the PhysicsJointBehavior with the AngleLimitLower property. Unfortunately, in order to work, this behavior requires 2 bodies to be attached to and one of this body should be static.

I'm trying to get objects to float around the scene (gravity 0 and magnetism -25 in order to keep them apart), but as there is a text box on the oject, the text should be readable (thus the need for preventing the objects to rotate too much).
