Collissions

Help me understand collissions...

I have a working project with a sprite flying around some geometries. Next, I want the sprite to 'shoot'. I want the shots to be physics objects but...

  • I don't want the shots to collide with eachother or the ship.
  • I do want them to collide with other sprites, and the ground.

How can I do this?

Thanks,

Just set the CollisionGroup property (either on the PhysicsObjectBehavior or the Geometry farseer class).

Objects within the same CollisionGroup do not fire collisions.
