Can "Physics Helper" help me to make some complex functions?

I want to make some complex functions.

For example,I want to draw a thing, while I'm drawing,there is no physics effect, but after mouse up,the thing will be added physics effect.

For another example,I want to drag a thing into a canvas,while the thing in canvas "A",it does't have any physics effect, but after I drag the thing into canvas "B",it will be added physics effect.

Can the "Physics Helper" help me? Or how can I write short code to achive these goals?
